John Feingold has over three decades of environmental impact analysis and project management experience. As a senior project manager, he specializes in directing planning, socioeconomic, fiscal, and environmental impact assessments for major development projects. In addition, Mr. Feingold has considerable experience in managing planning and design for urban redevelopment, and planning for brownfield development initiatives.
His recent projects included preparation of a master plan and environmental impact statement for the redevelopment of the City of Yonkers’ Hudson River waterfront, as well as fiscal, economic and environmental analyses for several major American Indian casino proposals in New York and Massachusetts. A former member of the Larchmont/Mamaroneck Coastal Zone Management Commission, Mr. Feingold has extensive experience with waterfront planning and development, demonstrated by his management of the Harbor Island Park project in Mamaroneck, NY, and his work on the Hudson River waterfront.
Mr. Feingold holds a B.S. in Environmental Planning from Colorado State, and has undertaken graduate studies at Suffolk University’s School of Management. Mr. Feingold also served as a trainer with the Community Leadership Alliance at the Pace University School of Law.
