In this interview posted on the East River Blueway Plan website, AKRF Technical Director Betsi Nemeth talks about waterfront permitting for the community-based waterfront initiative on Manhattan’s East River waterfront between the Brooklyn Bridge and East 38th Street.
The East River Blueway project seeks to increase connectivity and bring people to the waterfront.
AKRF has worked throughout New York City on several open space projects, such as the Hudson River Park, Bronx River Greenway, Sherman Creek Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
