The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) has developed a policy to restructure the allocation of the City’s stormwater infrastructure costs and encourage green infrastructure strategies to address unmanaged stormwater.
AKRF is helping PWD provide stormwater site evaluations and conceptual design plans to targeted property owners of private commercial sites with large areas of impervious surfaces.
