AKRF offers engineering expertise
for any site planning, master planning, land use
planning, or site feasibility studies our clients’
projects may require. In addition, we advise clients
about and produce plans for parking and access
control and due diligence, and perform infrastructure
evaluations and site investigations. |

Our site/civil engineering
capabilities including producing plans for subdivisions,
site circulation, grading and drainage, utility
design, lighting design, stormwater management
design (New York City Department of Environmental
Protection and New York State Phase II guidelines),
as well as amended drainage plans, builders pavement
plans, dewatering plans, and stormwater pollution
prevention plans. We also develop site connection
proposals, design septic systems, perform pollutant
loading analyses, and provide cost estimating,
permitting, and construction oversight. |
