· Senior Level Environmental Planner/Scientist

Senior Civil Engineer
Seeking civil engineer (BSCE) with 5 - 7 years experience. Project management experience and PE required. Must be familiar with NYC design regulations. Experience must include site planning for land development projects including roadway design, storm and sanitary sewer design, grading and drainage design. Working knowledge of AutoCAD essential. · Senior Transportation Planner/Engineer
Seeking experienced (8+ years) transportation engineer/planner to lead transportation-related studies for large development and planning projects. Master's degree preferred. Must have strong project management or task leader experience in client/sub-consultant coordination, CEQR/SEQRA public agency review, and budget/schedule management. Ideal candidate must also have solid analytical capabilities and understanding of critical analysis needs and tools, including trip generation and assignments, capacity analysis for traffic, transit, and pedestrian facilities, parking and safety assessments, roadway and traffic signal design, and spreadsheet model applications. Knowledge of traffic simulation and regional models is a plus. Superb oral/written communication skills essential.

Senior Architectural Acoustical Engineer
Seeking a senior architectural acoustical engineer who is self-motivated, innovative, highly driven, and has the desire to hold a key role in a business development expansion of the currently available services in the acoustics department. The responsibilities would be, on a wide range of project types, reviewing architectural plans, HVAC and mechanical duct layout drawings, site surveys, and engineering calculations, taking noise and vibration measurements, assessments and analysis of transportation, mechanical and industrial noise and vibration sources, and recommending state-of-the-art solutions. Additional experience with noise and vibration monitoring, modeling (TNM, FTA, Cadna/A, and other standard stationary and transportation source modeling techniques), and analyses for a wide variety of transportation, development and infrastructure projects (i.e., mobile and stationery sources) is preferred (environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, and design studies relating to transportation and stationary source projects and facilities).
MS/PhD degree in one or more of the following: acoustical engineering, mechanical or architectural engineering, and/or noise and vibration. In addition, business development skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, client relationship and project management are keys to success in this role.

AKRF's Marlton, New Jersey office is expanding, and is seeking a full-time Engineering or Water Resources Professional with 2-5 years of professional experience to perform numerous tasks, and support a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD and GIS applications and experience in one or more of the following fields: civil or environmental engineering, stream restoration design, fluvial geomorphic analysis/assessment, open channel/floodplain modeling, watershed management, and stormwater BMP design.
