FEINBERG FORMS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FEINBERG FORMS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Patton Harris Rust, AKRF and O’Donnell

& Naccarato Join Forces to Boost Builders

in Tough Economy

Date: January 7, 2009

Baltimore, MD ----Bill

Feinberg, President of Feinberg & Associates,

announced today the formation of a strategic

alliance of eight businesses that will collaborate

to offer builders and developers a full

range of real estate-related services required

for site evaluation and development.

Conceptualized by the architectural firm

Feinberg and Associates, the alliance includes

three high-profile engineering firms: Patton,

Harris, Rust & Associates of Chantilly,

Virginia, AKRF with multiple offices in

the Northeast and O’Donnell and Naccarato

of Philadelphia with branch offices in the

Metro-D.C. area. This one-stop resource

of professional services represents a cost-effective

solution for developers in a tough business

climate.

The companies in the alliance range from

Feinberg’s architectural design firm,

an acquisition and development consulting

firm, a financial resource organization

as well as the three engineering firms that

specialize in civil, environmental and structural

engineering including parking functional

design capabilities, all complementing each

other in their scope of services. Also in

the group are heavily experienced firms

that offer full marketing, sales and advertising

services. The combined workforce of the

eight companies exceeds 500 professionals

and has offices in the Tri-State and Middle

Atlantic States region.

Andrew M. Teeters, Director of Development

in this regional area for The Shelter Group,

one of the first firms to meet with the

alliance partners recently stated, “By

creating an alliance, these firms will offer

a consolidated depth and breadth of knowledge

and service in the industry that will be

valuable to many developers. I am confident

that this concept will be an efficient and

effective way for developers to evaluate

new opportunities.”

Bill Feinberg came up with the idea of bringing

in all of the necessary professional services

into an alliance to provide their respective

commentaries on sites that development firms

were considering for acquisition. Since

it is often the architectural concept design

team that is first called in to evaluate

density, appropriate products and a workable

site plan, it was Feinberg & Associates

which put into its marketing budget the

dollars to also bring in the members of

the alliance and offer their services to

future clients before they are hired or

under formal contract.

Rod Ritchie, Technical Director of AKRF

added, “It is the intention of our

group to reach out to new and existing clients

not only in our established market areas

but also into regions that present new opportunities

and challenges for this extraordinary team

of established and well recognized professionals.

We as a company are excited about this new

approach to business expansion and after

making a few preliminary visits to new clients,

we are pleased that the initial reaction

was very positive to the extensive services

the alliance offers!”

The companies in this alliance

include:

in concept site designs, product development

Despite a difficult business climate that

is predicted to continue through 2009, the

members of the alliance are all very optimistic

about the results their efforts will bring

in working together as a cohesive and highly

organized business team. The alliance will

be presenting a two-part seminar at the
