Kevin is an environmental and urban planner focused on the pressing need for resiliency and redundancy in the generation, transmission, and distribution of energy.
He specializes in the environmental documentation and permitting coordination of power generation and electric transmission and distribution projects and has extensive experience working in various capacities for offshore wind, solar, fuel cell, biogas, and battery energy storage projects, as well as traditional oil and gas facilities. Much of this work includes environmental permitting and evaluation under various state siting processes, including Article VII and Article X of the New York State Public Service Law and New Jersey and Pennsylvania Departments of Environmental Protection and New York State Environmental Quality Review Act requirements.
