Michael Lee, President, has developed an extraordinary practice in directing technically challenging and ground-breaking environmental assessments for large public policy or infrastructure development projects during his 30+ years with the firm.
Mr. Lee managed the firm's work in conducting the environmental assessment of the New York City and Westchester County programs for mosquito control relating to the West Nile virus. He has conducted evaluations of the environmental effects of lead paint abatement programs, as well as sewage treatment upgrade and expansion projects. These studies incorporate detailed scientific and mathematical modeling of potential impacts associated with mobile and stationary air quality emissions, and environmental impact analysis associated with public health issues.
Mr. Lee has a chemical engineering degree from Cooper Union in New York City.
