Jeffrey G. Entin Joins AKRF as Senior Vice President

AKRF is pleased to announce that Jeffrey G. Entin, LSRP, has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President. He will be a key member of the AKRF team as we continue the growth and development of our planning, environmental, and engineering business in New Jersey, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Entin most recently was a Principal with Ramboll Environ in Princeton, NJ.

Mr. Entin assists and advises clients including legal counsel, industry, developers, commercial real estate, private equity, financial institutions, and governmental entities. He is an expert in environmental due diligence, site assessment and remediation, and the management of environmental and ecological concerns at brownfield, landfill, and industrial sites. He serves as a career advisor to college students and alumni, and speaks and presents often at industry conferences and events.

He earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University’s Cook College, and M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has been a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey since the program’s inception. 

Mr. Entin serves on the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s Environmental Business Council Steering Committee, and co-chairs its Sustainability and Energy Committee. He is also a member of the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast’s National Sustainable Communities Workshop organizational committee, and serves on its advisory council. 

He provides pro-bono services to community development and land preservation organizations, and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA and Camp Speers, the first racially integrated overnight camp in the nation. He resides in central New Jersey where he enjoys spending time with his family, trail running, skiing, and exploring the outdoors.
