Affordable Housing Project Breaks Ground on Jerome Avenue

Bronx Pro Group and Services for the Underserved broke ground on 1769 Jerome Avenue, a new mixed-use affordable housing building in the Mount Hope area of the Bronx. AKRF provided environmental planning, noise E-Designation services, and site assessment and investigation services.
The 16-story 41-unit building is a state-of-the-art development that in addition to the residential use, will feature retail, pedestrian areas, and landscaping.
