AKRF Honored with Big Apple Brownfield Awards

The New York City Brownfield Partnership awarded 2020 Big Apple Brownfield Awards to two AKRF projects. Front and York in Downtown Brooklyn received the Environmental Protection Award and 3500 Park Avenue in the Bronx the Community Outreach Award. AKRF and the project teams successfully remediated brownfield sites to facilitate the development of mixed-use towers in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn and integrative supportive housing in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.
