BOEM Announces Environmental Review for Empire Wind

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management published the Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement on the Construction and Operations Plan  submitted by Empire Wind. The proposed project by Equinor would build and operate up to 174 offshore wind turbines off the south shore of Long Island. AKRF is part of the ICF consultant team supporting BOEM.
