Brookfield Properties opened Manhattan West adjacent to Hudson Yards in Midtown Manhattan. AKRF provided a variety of services for the 7 million-square-foot, mixed-use, master-planned development, including site assessment and remediation; environmental review/planning; economic and fiscal benefits analyses; a series of civil engineering services; and air quality and noise E-Designation consulting.
