CEQR Concludes for York Studios’ Expansion in the Bronx

The New York City Department of City Planning approved the expansion of York Studios’ film and television production facility along the Bronx River waterfront in the Soundview section of the Bronx. AKRF prepared the Environmental Assessment Statement in accordance with CEQR for this project, which will create over 250,000 square feet of new state-of-the-art sound stages for New York City-based productions.
