City Planning Commission Approves Open Restaurants Zoning Text Amendment

The New York City Planning Commission approved the Open Restaurants zoning text amendment that will remove geographic restrictions on where sidewalk cafes can be located within New York City as part of the effort to create a permanent, streamlined program. AKRF is leading CEQR environmental planning for the project.
