Cooper Park Commons Certified Into ULURP
In June 2021, Cooper Park Commons was certified into ULURP – New York City’s land use review process. AKRF is performing cultural resources consulting and construction noise analyses for redevelopment of the Greenpoint Hospital site in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with 557 affordable housing units and a 200-bed homeless shelter. The development team includes Hudson Companies, Project Renewal, and St. Nicks Alliance, and the architects are Architecture Outfit and MAP.
