East Side Coastal Resiliency Project reaches major milestone in NYC approval process

The New York City Office of Management and Budget and Department of Parks and Recreation released the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the East Side Coastal Resiliency Project, led by AKRF, and the City Planning Commission voted to approve the $1.45 billion project.
