Environmental Assessment to Commence for New York City Central Business District Tolling Program

Federal approval was granted to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, NYSDOT, and NYCDOT to prepare an Environmental Assessment for the Central Business District Tolling Program (aka “congestion pricing”) in New York City. AKRF is a major partner with WSP in leading the environmental review.
