First Affordable Housing Building Opens at The Peninsula

Gilbane Development, Hudson Companies, and MHANY Management opened the first affordable housing building for The Peninsula in the Bronx. AKRF prepared construction air quality and noise assessments for the overall Environmental Impact Statement and provided subsequent air quality consulting for the initial building.
