FRA Issues Finding of No Significant Impact for Livingston Avenue Bridge Replacement in New York

The Federal Railroad Administration issued a Finding of No Significant Impact for replacement of the Livingston Avenue Bridge spanning the Hudson River between Rensselaer and Albany, NY. AKRF prepared the Environmental Assessment and Section 4(f) Evaluation as a subconsultant to Modjeski and Masters under contract to the New York State Department of Transportation.
