Gowanus Neighborhood Plan Approved by City Council

The New York City Council approved the Gowanus Neighborhood Plan to rezone an approximately 82-block area surrounding the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. AKRF led environmental review for the project on behalf of the New York City Department of City Planning.
