Groundbreaking Celebrated at 29 Jay Street in Brooklyn

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for 29 Jay Street in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, where Edward J. Minskoff Equities is building a new commercial office building. AKRF has provided  site assessment/remediation, air quality, and noise E-Designation services to obtain approval for the remediation and start of construction. We will continue to provide environmental compliance monitoring.
