John A. Paulson Center Opens at NYU

New York University opened its new $1.2 billion, 735,000-square-foot John A. Paulson Center at 181 Mercer Street in Manhattan. After completing the Environmental Impact Statement and acoustics, transportation, and civil engineering studies for the NYU Core Plan, AKRF provided construction noise consulting for the Paulson Center and other projects in the area. The new building was designed by Davis Brody Bond and KieranTimberlake.
