La Central A & B Open in The Bronx

Buildings A and B opened at La Central in the Bronx – developed by The Hudson Companies, BRP Companies, and other partners and designed by FXCollaborative.  AKRF supported the initial CEQR environmental review and has since provided civil engineering, site assessment/remediation, air quality, and acoustics/noise consulting services. These two buildings include 494 units of affordable housing and retail space along with a new YMCA and a BronxNet broadcast and production studio.
