Livingston Avenue Bridge Replacement Announced

Replacement plans for the Livingston Avenue Bridge in Albany and Rensselaer, NY, were announced in advance of public hearings for the New York State Department of Transportation project. AKRF is leading the Environmental Assessment as a subconsultant to Modjeski and Masters.
