New York City Council Adopts “Elevate Transit: Zoning for Accessibility”

The New York City Council adopted Elevate Transit: Zoning for Accessibility, a citywide zoning change that will leverage private development to deliver public station accessibility improvements. As part of WSP’s consultant team, AKRF led the environmental review, prepared the land use application materials, and supported public outreach.
