New York City Council Approves Innovation QNS in Astoria, Queens

The New York City Council approved the Innovation QNS project in Astoria, Queens, a $2 billion development master planned by ODA and developed by Kaufman Astoria Studios, Silverstein, and BedRock. The project spans five city blocks and will add more than 3,000 homes with a substantial affordable housing commitment along with two acres of open space, a community hub, and cultural, commercial, and retail space. AKRF led CEQR environmental planning and technical studies for the project.
