Northeast Bronx YMCA Opens

The new Marvel-designed Northeast Bronx YMCA opened in September 2021. AKRF led CEQR environmental review, performed an Environmental Site Assessment, provided engineering due diligence, performed a geotechnical subsurface exploration, and prepared a transportation circulation assessment. The 50,000-square-foot branch is the first new YMCA in the Bronx in over 30 years.
