NorthLight Tops-Out in Sleepy Hollow

Hines celebrated the topping-out of construction on NorthLight, a 246-unit residential building at the Edge-on-Hudson development in Sleepy Hollow, NY. AKRF is providing geotechnical engineering for the five-story project.
