One Vanderbilt Reaches Construction Milestone

Construction of the 1.6 million-square-foot One Vanderbilt commercial tower in Midtown Manhattan topped out at 1,401 feet. AKRF prepared the Environmental Impact Statement and has conducted pedestrian simulations of planned connections to Grand Central Terminal as well as the lobby and observation deck.
