Ørsted to Build Offshore Wind O&M Facility in Maryland

Ørsted announced plans to build Maryland’s first emissions-free offshore wind operations and maintenance facility in West Ocean City, MD. AKRF provided permitting support and performed Phase I and Phase II site assessments for the nearly $20 million facility, which will serve the Skipjack Wind Farm under development off the coast of Maryland and Delaware.
