Phipps Houses Closes on Second Phase of Lambert Houses

Phipps Houses closed on construction financing for the second phase of Lambert Houses, an affordable housing complex in the West Farms
neighborhood of the Bronx. AKRF prepared the EIS for the entire redevelopment and has since provided site assessment/remediation services: civil engineering and permitting, as well as resident engineering inspection; and E-Designation consulting for noise and air quality.
