63-67 Wall Street

Spanning two adjacent buildings on an entire city block in the Financial District of Manhattan, 63-67 Wall Street is home to 805 residential units and amenities including a speakeasy-style bar, two-story fitness center, gaming lounge, business center, social lounge, and golf simulator. As acoustical consultant for the tenant amenity space renovations, AKRF addressed noise transmission between adjacent amenity spaces and acoustical separation from the residences, mechanical system noise control and vibration isolation recommendations, room finishes to create optimum acoustical conditions for critical spaces, speakeasy audio system design requirements, and built-up flooring improvements to reduce fitness center noise and vibration from high-impact activities. The renovation was completed in April 2019.
