Hamilton Green

Hamilton Green is a mixed-use redevelopment of the White Plains Mall and the first transit-oriented development approved in the City of White Plains since implementation of the Transit District Strategic Plan. AKRF led the preparation of environmental analysis and documentation pursuant to SEQRA and provided civil engineering and permitting for the project on 3.75 acres. We also assessed the potential value generation of amenitized developments and presented our methodology and findings. The development will consist of four residential buildings comprising 860 apartments; co-working, retail, and dining space; a parking garage; and an elevated public park.

The groundbreaking was celebrated in December 2022.
