WSFSSH West 108th Street

The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing’s new 11-story building on West 108th Street in Manhattan provides 119 units of permanent supportive housing and 80 affordable family units with 110 transitional beds as part of the incorporated transitional shelter. AKRF has provided site assessment/remediation and acoustical consulting services for the Dattner Architects-designed project, which includes resident amenities and outdoor space. The supportive housing units will be reserved for homeless adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness, are frail and elderly, or are from the general population. The building’s affordable housing lottery launched in 2021.
