A Record of Decision was issued for the I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse, NY, that will allow the Community Grid Alternative to proceed with construction. AKRF was a subconsultant to Parsons Corporation and managed preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement and associated technical studies.
