Redevelopment of Willets Point Advances in Queens

The Related Companies, Sterling Equities, and New York City Football Club unveiled their vision for the continued transformation of Willets Point in Queens with affordable housing, open space, retail properties, and a
school, hotel, and 25,000-seat professional soccer stadium for NYCFC. AKRF has led CEQR environmental planning and supplemental studies for the redevelopment of Willets Point for over 15 years and is currently working on this new project.
