Restored Historic Tin Building Opens in New York City’s Seaport District

The restored historic Tin Building in New York City’s Seaport District is now open with restaurants, bars, private dining, and retail. AKRF served as liaison to the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for the building’s relocation and prepared the Historic American Buildings Survey recording for the 53,000-square-foot marketplace designed by Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors. We also provided site access/circulation assistance to reevaluate vehicular access restrictions.
