Rheingold Senior Residences Celebrates Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for Rheingold Senior Residences, developed by Southside United HDFC–Los Sures and Churches United for Fair Housing and designed by MAP on the former Rheingold Brewery site in Brooklyn. The eight-story building will provide 94 units of affordable housing for seniors. AKRF designed the sub slab depressurization system and are providing ongoing construction support.
