RXR Realty Starts Construction on 2413 Third Avenue in the Bronx

RXR Realty celebrated the start of construction on a 27-story, 200-unit residential project at 2413 Third Avenue in Mott Haven, the Bronx. AKRF is site assessment/remediation and acoustical consultant for the Cetra-Ruddy-designed building.
