Santaella Gardens Opens in the Bronx and Earns PHIUS+ 2015 Passive House Certification

Santaella Gardens is officially open in the Bronx. AKRF provided site assessment/remediation and acoustical consulting services for the mixed-use affordable housing development developed by Acacia Network and Phipps Houses and designed by Dattner Architects. Santaella Gardens also earned PHIUS+ 2015 Passive House certification.
