Landscape Master Planning
AKRF's landscape master planning services lay the groundwork in formulating a project’s design parameters.
We organize complex input in order to gain insight on issues which will affect physical developments. At the community level, this may be conducting public outreach to identify project related issues or to help form a consensus around a concept. At the site itself, it can be gathering and synthesizing information pertaining to the local history, functional context, utility service availability, and municipal approval processes.
The aim of the planning process is to provide guidance for future decision making. Our master plans, site feasibility studies, and design guidelines provide direction to architects, engineers, and designers for detailed design and construction documentation.
The scope of our services includes:
- Site feasibility
- Site master plans
- Grant application assistance
- Community design
- Design guidelines
