SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan EIS Receives Notice of Completion

The SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan Environmental Impact Statement prepared by AKRF received a Notice of Completion from the New York City Department of City Planning in October 2021. The rezoning proposal will create opportunities for new housing, including affordable housing; replace outdated zoning to better reflect existing conditions; strengthen employment-generating commercial uses; and celebrate the unique architectural and creative legacies of SoHo and NoHo in Manhattan.
