Statement of Findings Approved for AMS Acquisitions Redevelopment in Yonkers, NY

The City of Yonkers in New York unanimously approved the Statement of Findings for the Yonkers Downtown Development proposed by our client, AMS Acquisitions, thereby concluding the SEQRA process led by AKRF. The project will replace an underutilized municipal parking lot with a new mini-neighborhood of residential, commercial, retail, and restaurant space.
