The signature observatory and immersive experience SUMMIT One Vanderbilt opened in Manhattan. AKRF prepared a multi-floor pedestrian microsimulation model on behalf of SL Green Realty Corp. for the observation deck lobby and observation deck experience space, including elevators, escalators, viewing areas, and interactive areas.
