Amy’s expertise includes many years of experience with historic and cultural resource field surveys, research, and impact assessments, and urban design and visual resources analyses.

Amy is an architectural historian and planner specializing in managing environmental impact assessments for large- and small-scale projects. She has performed extensive consultation with the New York State Historic Preservation Office and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) and prepared numerous historic resources analyses in accordance with city, state, and federal regulations to identify, assess, and mitigate potential impacts to historic resources. She has developed Historic American Buildings Survey documentation reports for historic buildings throughout New York City, prepared LPC permit applications, and developed construction protection plans for historic structures.

Amy is active in local AICP events and was a 2018–2019 Coro Leadership New York participant.
