Claudia brings her expertise in history and archaeology to bear in the analysis of urban design and aesthetics for large-scale land use initiatives and developments on or near historically sensitive sites.

Claudia directs the Cultural Resources Department. She specializes in the management of projects involving complex cultural resources issues including adaptive reuse of historic properties. Claudia has extensive experience with cultural resources law compliance at the city, state, and federal levels, and coordinates closely with State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs) as well as the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, where she was formerly a Landmarks Preservationist/Special Assistant to the Executive Director.

In 2011, Claudia was appointed a member of the Rockland County Historic Preservation Board in New York.
