Deborah supervises site assessment and remediation assignments, routinely collaborating with developers, non-profit organizations, architects, local community groups and businesses, and government agencies to manage the delivery of cost-effective and on-time projects.
Deborah specializes in due diligence, site assessment, remediation, and environmental regulatory compliance. From initial due diligence assessments and remedial investigations through remediation and post-remedial site management, her projects often fall under the regulatory oversight of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, and New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation, including the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program, New York City Voluntary Cleanup Program, and New York City E-Designation program.
Deborah is a frequent speaker and presenter on issues pertaining to site assessment and remediation at industry conferences and events.
