Gary manages feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and emergency response planning. He specializes in permit procurement and regulatory compliance relating to environmental activities, including compliance with various elements of the Clean Water Act wetlands restoration, hazardous waste remediation efforts, spill prevention and countermeasures, and pollution prevention. His work permitting for a 10,000-acre wetland restoration project along the Delaware Estuary secured the approximately 300 local state and federal permits required to support the largest privately funded restoration in the U.S.
