Gary specializes in geotechnics and civil works for public and private clients and brings to his assignments a keen understanding of the governmental side of the business, having previously worked as an administrative engineer at the New York City Department of Design & Construction.
Gary leads the Geotechnical Engineering practice. He has many years of experience in construction and engineering-related projects including subsurface explorations, project design and development, construction administration, and field construction management. Gary has worked on engineering projects for residential, educational, commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities, as well as other major structural and infrastructure projects within the New York metropolitan area and the Northeast. He mentors, coaches, and teaches junior engineering staff on different aspects of geotechnical engineering and is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
